1. First meeting
Let's meet online to get acquainted and learn more about your event — or in person. We always love meeting our couples face-to-face. 

2. Venue visit
Ideally, we meet right at your venue to discuss your vision, favourite and not-so-favourite flowers, and overall wedding style. We work only with fresh flowers, and use artificial elements only in rare cases.
 

3. Initial concept
After discussing all your wishes and reviewing each area of the venue, we prepare a transparent preliminary estimate, where we specify whether decorative structures will be custom-made or rented (such as textiles, chairs or tableware). We also create a moodboard to visualize the colours, textures, and atmosphere of your event.

 

4. Making it official
Once we've discussed the estimate with you and decided together, we're the right match, you can reserve your wedding date with a ₽ 5,000 deposit. After that, we start working on detailed planning.

5. Your Vision in Detail
We refine the estimate, offering several options for each decorative area and, if needed, prepare sketches so you can see exactly how your special day will look in advance.

6. Final approval
Once everything is finalized and the vision feels right, we simply shake hands — and the real magic begins. (ideally a month before the wedding day).
 

7. Preparation
A month in advance we reserve all decor items, coordinate with vendors, order the freshest flowers from our trusted suppliers, and prepare all design materials.
At this stage we ask for a 50% payment (deposit included).
 

8. Assembly
2 days before the wedding, we receive the flowers and start assembling all the decorative elements for your celebration.
 

9. Final touches
1 day before the wedding, you make the final payment. If you wish, we'll send you photos of your bridal bouquet and decor elements.
 

10. Wedding day
You relax and enjoy your day — while we handle the entire setup and takedown, making sure your wedding is remembered as the most joyful and stress-free day of your life.
